We did them every month except for the one on the bridge. We'd start brewing at 11 AM, and left to chill the beer down around 1 or 2 PM. (We were always by the bathrooms...) The water never got the beer colder than 85 degrees, so we'd run it over to Moccasin Bend to chill it down to 68 before pitching our yeast. Sorry for the late post! I'm just seeing it now. We've been meeting at Moccasin Bend Brewing in St. Elmo the 4th Saturday at about 2 PM for an hour or so... Hope you can make it out! Tony Hey BG!
