		<description>Al Koroniza's (sp?) homebrewing book has some recipes for Baltic Porters- he kinda specialized in them.  Holler if you want more info.

The coffee/oatmeal stout sounds great.  I recommend dosing the finished brew with fresh brewed *STRONG* coffee.   Just make sure to siphon the coffee from under the oil that floats atop the coffee or you risk reducing the luscious head the finished brew should have.
